Croatian language not completed

Hi!
Hi, my forum is in croatian, and we have some unusual letters like č, ć, š, ž, đ, š . The forum is on ppbb3.

In the forum general functions, unfortunately this letters are substitute by some other letters and signs .

For example for NEW post it writes NOVEAU (french) and not "NOVO". Same thing with REPONDE instead od "ODGOVORI"
And CITATION MULTIPLE, CITER AND EDITER.

In general, it seems like that the language is not completly finished. Is there anybody who can translate it or can I do such thing?
 
I would correct it my self – but I didn’t find this option.

My users are asking me, and I’m asking you how we can do something.
I could send you all the most important corrections.

I think only a Pro Admin could edit the following words since they are the only one who got the access to the database.

But based on SLGray's post(one of the manager of this forum) on the other user who have same problem as you have:

I think there's a language file. If i could get it i would translate it myself and give it to the administrator for check or control.

We do not have access to the database, so we can not translate our forums.

forum is not completely translated but you can just change important buttons (edit, citate...) in some graphic software
