Having some trouble with categories/forums

So, I just created a new site. I wanted to add some categories and such, but when I do, the category's name doesn't show up. Instead of saying its name, it says "forum." Below that, if I try to add another category, it just looks like another forum. It's not even separated into sections.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and give me a bit of help? (And since it is an appearance problem, pretty much: http://beauty-of-equestria.forumotion.com/ )
