In progress buttons for sticking posts

one of my admins is not seeing the buttons for sticking topics. where it says Post topic as: then there are the buttons to tick. she is not seeing this.
this is what she is seeing below

 Disable BBCode in this post
 Disable Smilies in this post
 Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)
 Notify me when a reply is posted

Is this happening on all browsers?  Ask her to use a different browser.

Also what is she using to visit the forum?

she uses firefox and so do I. its all fine for me, but not showing up for her

Hello,

There was a server maintenance recently, it may be the cause of the problem, though I would advise her to clear her browser's cookies and cache.

If it's only her then it does sound like an individual problem. Perhaps removing her from the admin group and then adding her back to the admin group could solve the problem.
