Webmaster and Administrator rank?

Hello.    


Is there any way to add an Webmaster rank (Me) and an Administrator rank that has the same powers as me but can't remove my webmaster rank, and remove me from the group?

The founder account can not be deleted.  If someone gained access to the founder account, they can change the information.
