Timed Usergroup and Rank Membership

Hello everybody, another question.

On my forums which are for a TTT server, you can donate for 3 different ranks.

Donator (Permanent)
VIP (Permanent)
VIP+ (Monthly)

You have to have at least VIP to get VIP+.

Now, what I want to do is to be able to set a variable like on there profile, to when their VIP+ will expire if they have it, like a date, 8/31/2014.

And once that day comes, if I haven't set it to next month because they haven't paid for it, it will kick them back to the VIP usergroup and rank by itself.

How does one go about this on PunBB?

Unfortunately on Forumotion a system like this isn't possible I'm afraid.

The only thing you can do is;

Email them personally with the expiry date and then remove their rank when the expiry date comes.

I'm very sorry but you could suggest it in our suggestion section

You could have a topic a section where only the staff can see where you post about the members with the ranks so you will know when the ranks expire.

As already said this Can not be done at all with any kind of codes.

you can make a note in your calendar and have the calendar only seen by admin's then it will then tell you that day you need to remove the rank your self but that is the only way it can be done but it still will not remove it it's self.

Like everyone has said, it would not be possible even with coding.

Just so everyone is clear with the statement above. Anything which deals with modifications of the Administration Panel cannot be done. The CSS style sheet / JS management only affect the front of your forums, not the AP.

Automatic expiration of ranks / groups would need to be done server side, since there isn't such a feature it will have to be done manually.
