My Forum's Hacked?

EDIT: The Hacker came into the chatbox on the founder account.

Hey! I recently bought the site Fairytailrp.com from a friend of mine who wanted to retire his position. Thus, I got the founder account and everything. However, I didn't get the founder tools account that went along with it. So just today my forum was recently hacked, reverting everything back to July 21 (I purchased the site on May 1). However, the real problem lies in that I have no access to the founder account nor the admin panel in my old account ( who already is an admin). None of the moderators have mod privleges as well. I need some help to get my founder account back! Please help!

Try to get the founder info.

Nope. Since I bought the forum, the founder changed the username and password of the founder account to a neutral one. However, the original founder information wasn't given to me. So I don't have access to founder tools (I even tried to access it )

Did you change the founders email to your email?

I don't think we can do anything until Monday when our Pro Admin returns because from what I understand you'll have changed the email of the founders account but you won't have changed it in the utilities which is where any email would go if we sent you a new password.

Okay. So I got the founder account back, but everything is still reverted back to July 21. So I'll still need to get access to the founder tools to restore my forums.

Okay,

I have synchronized your utilities password to your forum password. So you should now be able to connect to the utilities.

Username would be your forum URL
Password would be the same you use to connect to the forum.

You can then change the email address once you're in the utilities and you should do a FULL backup to a date before this happened to ensure EVERYTHING is restored.
