What are the Group Moderators?
Hello,
Earlier today, one of the members on my Forums had stated that they were wondering what the 'Group Moderator' of a group is able to do with a specific rank. However I also was curious of the same thing when the topic was brought up to me directly. It is understood that they are the head of a certain group, though I am asking as for what a group moderator's powers are, what they can do with the modifications of their rank, and other functions for the position. If you are able to clearly explain what and how a group moderator uses the Forum, I would happily appreciate the effort in describing it.
Thank you.

Re: What are the Group Moderators?
They can add and remove members, and accept or deny members (if they request to join.) That is all they can do.
Re: What are the Group Moderators?
So they are not allowed to moderate any other individual part of my Forum? Including locking discussions, or banning other members. What I am meaning is that making them the group moderator does not assign them to moderate the whole Forum? If I am mistaken on these statements, forgive me. Though that is all I wish to know and afterwards, I will be more than satisfied. Thanks.

Re: What are the Group Moderators?
They only have the permissions of that group which they are the group moderator of.
They can only accept or deny members if the group is a subscribable group.

That is correct. For them to do that, you would need to make them a moderator of a forum.
