#1270 Chatbox issues

Some users have chatbox issues like messages disappear and reappear, slowdowns, members suddenly deconnected.

For some reason my sites chat isn't working. It just says "You are disconnected." It appears other members are experiencing it too.

Are you using the default FM chatbox or a chatbox like AWC (Subsitute for FM chat).

@DesignersSociety : Hi, I just checked the JS on your website and it says you are using Avacweb Chat version 1.8.1. Although this should be good, you may still be using the older 1.7 version, which has been taken offline today. Please refer to the update thread found here for further details and recheck your AWC installation.

Oh thanks for telling me that, I thought it had to do with forumotion chat itself since it also effected the regular chat page. I'll update it now, thanks!

Earlier it said "could not del max row ChatBox" or sometihng.

I'll be happy if you folks are finally doing something about this, at least there is a change? lol

Not sure if we can still report stuff here but the new chatbox isn't working at all for me nor my co-admin, it's just stuck at: 

and nothing happens when you refresh the page and it's the same on the homepage too.

As you can read on this announcement: https://help.forumotion.com/t138766-new-chatbox our technicians created a new chatbox. The chatbox is still under beta test, so bugs are possible.

We have problems on our PBF. I know there are bugs but, please, help us.

Problems: 
- a first letter of word just dissapear when we send our message
- we can't see our nicks
- we don't have archives
- we haven't auto-refresh
- messages are delayed 
- the chatbox logg us out sometimes

No offense forumotion, I get you decided to re-design your chat boxes for the forums to fix some latency issues. I don't know if you're launching this re-design as a beta-test on us right now but so far this re-design has only accomplished making the chat look funky, make something simple like picking text color complicated, taking away the archives and the ability to turn on and off our auto-refresh, and really just quintuple the issue with delays on sending text. Every message I send has a like 30 second delay to it.

now it's more of a 5 minute delay.....

The new chatbox is in beta testing so there could be bugs.

Please report issues in the topic about the new chatbox.
