Solved Founder Issue

I was recently given a founder account and I share it with an Admin of my trust. We both have tried to activate the forum backup and when we are prompted with the founder's tools screen we do what it asks, we insert the email and or address and the password.  and it comes out invalid. We are doing it while logged into the founder account. and the password is right and so is the link. Why is it not letting him or me get in?

To log into the forum utilities,  you have to use the password that was used to create the forum.

None of us know it, we asked the original founder and he doesn't remember it cause he changed it many times

Changing it on the forum does not change it in the forum utilities.

What I mean is the original first password he used, he does not remember it and we current owners never knew it
