Trying to access Forumotion utilities but can't login (founder password issue?)

Hi all.
Trying to access my Forumotion utils for an old forumotion site I have.

I've tried inputting my old email (which i believe was used to create the site) as well as the password I recall. No go, I've tried every variant but no luck.

What are the next best steps? I can log into my forum Admin account no problem. I tried reseting that account's password but the Utils page still denies me.

Any ideas?
