Chatbox problems

Hi, I don't know what section that should be in, I have some questions. First off, everytime that you are away for quite some time then decided to reconnect back online, it logs you off for odd reasons that it seems that you clicked the log off button. Second, the chatbox freezes claiming you are online al lthe time until you fresh the page. Third, in the admin panel, how can i set up a points system like if a user post something or logs in, they get that much points per post and 1 for logging in?
