Description of problem

Need quick help for an April Fools prank

How can I change the forum language for all members? I know how to change the default language, but the user's will have their own languages in their profiles so they won't see the changed forum language unless they log out.

Is there a way to force all members to use a new default language?

Only by manually changing it indiviually in each profile from the acp.
