New to creating forum. Issue with pic not in link.

Hello, and I apologize off the top if this isn't right. I have searched link, header, logo and just don't know why I can't find how to make the logo/banner of my forum show when I share link to forum.

When I share the link to my forum on facebook the pic doesn't show. How can I get a pic to show when I eventually go public with my forum?

I have a staff area on facebook till I get forum up and ready. I posted link in there and this is what I see:

I really need to know why my forum pic isn't showing. Isn't there someone out there that can explain my mistake to me?

It should automaticaly appear. Have you tried copying and pasting the forum link intl your fb post?
