Removal of old forum

My question is quite simple. Is there an email address I could reach for support?

Hi Buttercup,

I set up a forum 7 years ago that I have never actually gotten around to use.

I used my personal info in a message I wrote when I was 13, which now shows up in Google results.

I'd like to have this forum removed. As you may understand I don't have any of the login details I used 7 years ago.

- Url of the topic
- Url of your forum (the email used to create the fourm)
- Foundation email

I have in the past requested support for lost forum password, since I have the activated security option which prohibits sending a new password. I sent a private message to the administrator staff (Buttercup), unfortunately I never received a response and I have now moved on. In an effort to avoid having my forum spanned, I would like to request deletion of it. If any staff member is inclined to help me with this and requires verification, please send me a pm. Thanks !

Have you tried sending the info to manager after a couple months went bh, she may not have gotten thepm for some odd reason.

No I haven't, your rules & regulations are very specific when they say "Don’t send a password reset request to multiple staff members". Also you are asked to "Please wait patiently for a response. You will get a reply when the staff member reads your message". Also I made a comment on a post back then that didn't get noticed:

Well yeah normally you shouldn't send a pm to more then one staff, because your.may get reset multiple times, but I'd say if 2 or 3 months have gone by and it hasnt reset or you havent heard response back, you can send another to either that staff or a different one. Lol It doesn't take 2 months to reset a password.

If you have not received a reply in two days, you can delete the pm and send another to another manager.
