Description of problem

Hello,
I was just checking on the Admin Panel and got following warning:

Dear "shoujootk.f-orum.com" forum administrator(s), it appears that your forum doesn't respect our Terms of service. Our service is free, so we are urged to only display legal content on the forums.

Element(s) detected on this forum : Sexual content and/or porn content

You have until the 22-11-2015 to be in conformity. After this delay, we will have to delete your forum if it still isn't in conformity. This warning will only disappear after the end of the countdown.

I'm running a spanking (as in punishment not erotic or sexual) related roleplaying site and actually can't figure out where the proplem lies... Of course I don't want my forum to be deleted, but I'm at a loss of what to do and help the issue. What am I supposed to do?

Is there any posts maybe by a member that could contain even refrences to porn or nudity? If so, remove that.

Hello brandon,

the forum has more than 14000 posts and I'm checking on them fequently and so do my mods, there's everything within the rules. I haven't found even the slightest hint of something sexual.

As for nudity, surely there are given bare bottom spankings but I can't imagine that that's the reasoning behind the warning.

Hmm... Maybe @Buttercup or someone can ask the litigation team what content specificly needs to be removed, then you will know what it is and can proceed in removing it .

Just a little advice because of the content you are RP'ing, I wouldn't recommend having it public to where guests can read it.

Even if you hide it from the public, Forumotion can see it.

I would not have anything sexual on my forum.  A rule of thumb:  If a 13 year old can not see it, then I would not have it on my forum. 

Bare bottom is nudity.

Oh, I know @SLGray, I am just giving him that advice for a courtesy to guests really since that type of RP'ing is disturbing.

I am well aware of the fact that Forumotion can still see if I hide it and for the contents of my site, I still don't think that posts like "She took down his pants and started spanking his bottom" for example are against the rules, seeing as none of the posts contains more detail than that. Also, for nudity, most users play as Furry (animal-like character) or Pokemon, so even a 13 year old could read the RPs without trouble.

Well don't give up yet, I tagged Buttercup in this topic, which means she will get a notification. Hopefully when she gets back in the office tommorow she will see this and reply and/or inquiry about the specifics.

Ive looked over the forum and have already told you what i think it was that is making this show up.

We can not get data from our tools unless Buttercup can Do it as she is in the main head office.... I will tell you this thou... Buttercup is out of the office until Monday the latest French time(8am)

There is a lot of text that has spanking in and it goes in to extreme depth in what i have read! I

Did not look over all your forum as you know as its got a lot of posts and threads in it will just take to much time to read over all of them.

As admin / Fonder you are the main member that should keep your Forum under control and what your members post... If your not sure about what can be posted ask a Admin of the support or make a post before you make it so your 100% sure so you are not put in this position again.

I've sent the forum to the litigation team and they decided to delete your forum. A RP spanking forum is considered as a violent forum and sexual forum. Forumotion don't accept this type of content.

By consequence the forum has been deleted.
