Chatbox button not showing on chrome

Sorry, I was pissed off.
We have chatbox button where is the red rectangle on the picture below. But I think because of the things in the picture I sent from first post, that button stopped to show on some browsers. Chrome and Opera for sure. On Mozilla and Safari it works..

On the browsers where the button does not appear make sure that the browsers are up to date.

Clear your browser's Update any flash player you have

  And Please Watch your Language

everything is up to date. the button disappeared months ago on everyones chrome and firefox but now I found time to mess around with it. so you can't help?

I looked at your forum in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and could see the button on the bottom right hand side fine. Are any other members having the same problem ?

Is this happening on mobile devices?

I dont know on mobile devices but everyone that is using chrome doesn't see the button. I personally can't even see it on firefox.

Check to see if you allow JavaScript/HTML in your browser?

Ok, then tell me how to enable it? I can't find it. I am using windows 8 and my chrome is up to date..
