Deceptive site ahed!

Hello!
I have a big problem with the website forum www.zeriyt.net from inRegister Forumotion
with this that happened today.

This happens with Google Chrome and Mozilla, Internet Explorer opens with normal site and phone android and ios works. This happens on PC with Chrome and Mozilla.
What is it, and why is it?
Website is simply a forum ddhe absolutely no connection with computer fraud. It's just such a forum and without abuses which could very easily verified.
