The 18+ content on Forumotion?

So we all have the 18+ rule on forumotion but the question is what is nudity counted as?......Suggestive images? Erotic images? I am asking this because on another hosting site someone ask this so i am asking as well to avoid any warnings or a website being deleted.

Nudity can be anything that shows anything you wouldnt see by looking at someone usually, there is no specific 'leeway' room or specific things that are or are not considered nudity. You also need to keep in mind that each persons perception of what is nudity is different, so even if it is just breasts or something, if someone thinks its nudity and reports it, your forum could be considered in violation of FM tou and be warned or deleted. It is best to simply just avoid all nudity on your forum, so that you prevent any risk of someone reporting you for anything they perceive as nudity. Another good rule of thumb to always try and follow is, could a 10 year old safely view your forum? If so, then you should be good.

Once more, it is wise to simply avoid all nudity your forum, altogether, just to be safe.

Shouldn't nudity be fine as long as it is not intended in a sexual manner?
For example an art forum could use stock nude images of models for referencing drawings and practices. It's pretty common to do that.

So I guess as long as 'something' is covered it's not to be defined as nudity. It's entirely different from being offensive or indecent, because that can be debated.

As I said guys, with forumotion there is no definitive line as to what is ok to have on a forum and is not ok, if someone reports a forum, even the slightest bit of nudity, could POSSIBLY get a forum deleted or warned depending what the litigation team thinks.

Therefore, it is best to avoid all nudity, no matter how slight, on your forum, to avoid any POSSIBILITY of your forum being deleted or warned.

Showing breasts and any body parts that are seen a nude and sexual as Brandon_g has said best not place anything in your site that may been seen as sexual in anyway.

Saves getting a warning or your site banned.

Not being Funny but you setting your forum to 18+ is not 100% going to happen members under 10 can still make an account just by a change of Date of birth so you think your safe to have a 18+ forum but your not 100% sure some one has not done just that.

Nudity would be alright, as long as it is not intended in a sexual way. Otherwise, that is not nudity anymore: it is lewdness, vulgarity, and all other synonyms.

No sorry to say but Nudity is not aloud on our forums it is seen as Sexual content You will risk your forum getting a warning or even worse Closed down.

That's what I'm saying: we all have varied opinions about nudity. Yet, I do know that there is a need to adhere to the rules of the forums most especially the contents.

You are correct that everyone has a different opinion about nudity that is the reason why you should never have it on your forum.
