Cannot Unlock Forum

Description of problem

Hello. Could you please help me? I cannot seem to unlock my forum, so it is impossible for any new members to join. I have given permissions in the administration panel for new members to be accepted, it is not locked, nor is it on holiday.

Hello,
When I tried to sign up for your forum it said "Your account has been created. However, this forum requires account activation by an administrator. An e-mail has been sent to them and you will be informed when your account has been activated."

You can fix this by following these directions.
Admin Panel>Users & Groups>Users>User Options>New Accounts Activation>No Activation>Then Save it.

After that to active the members that already attempted to register please follow these instructions.
Admin Panel>Users & Groups>Inactive Users>Tick the checkmark box on all of them>Then click activate.

Thanks. It seems to be working, I just don't know why it shows at the bottom that the forum is locked, though.

Hello,

Those dont mean your forum is locked, those are just letting you know what icons mean a locked forum.

Dont worry, your forum is not locked because that is there. Wink
