Textbox glitch

Description of problem

Hi!

One of the users on my forum experiences this weird glitch during posting, where two text boxes appear, one which has no editor and one which actually has. When she tries to post a message with the one that has the editor, it says her message is empty. She can only post using the upper text field with no editor.
The problem appears with all browsers, deleting cookies or refreshing cache does not help.

As far as I know, no one else has encontered this problem, so I think it's limited to her computer (and probably the PC's fault in some way), but any help that might solve the glitch would be greatly appreciated.

Have her clear her browser's cache and history.  Then close the browser.  Restart the computer.

hello i think this problem is coming from there browser its self

if you look in the screen shot on the top editor it has this symbol  ♀ ask the member to turn off all the browser plugings and then try again not really sure what this is meant to be thou.

It looks like the editor is being cut in half.  Notice the top part has the thing in the right bottom corner to enlarge the editor.  The editor's toolbar looks like it is in the middle of the message box.

We've started the troubleshooting with these kind of solutions, they didn't help.

Turning off the plug-ins didn't help either unfortunately.
