Moderators are hidden in permissions

Maybe I'm having a brain fart . In AP /Users and Groups /Group Administration / Groups Permission Control . I have no problem with setting permissions for any group . Except Moderators . When I click to permissions . It says

This group has the following members : None
Pending Members : None

So where are they ? I tried a resynch . Still not there . What am I missing or forgetting ?

Why do the moderators not show up ?

It shows all the members of every other group . Since I already know it doesn't list the moderators in the group . I guess that is all I'm allowed to know .
