No members can join

Description of problem

No one can join my forum, they cant register. I did NOT deactivate the system to allow members to join. What is happening, why won't it let other people join my forum?

Hello @WeaponX_3000,

Go to ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Users and Groups > Users > Users options > Members > Allow new members : and check if the option is set to Yes.

If that is yes then try checking if ACP(Admin Control Panel) > General > Forum > Configuration > General > Forum on holiday : is set to No.

That should fix your problem.

@Luffy Nope, did that, happened with my other forum too, it is still a problem. Both forums tankionlinehelpers.forumotion.com, and livestreamshoutout.forumotion.com What is happening to it?

@Soul Administrators have forbidden any new members. I didn't disable new members, this happened on two forums. Please tell me what is happening.
