back up forum - SOLVED

i read all the topics about back up the forum so i understand that everyday automatically does a back up

since we can't save the database as an admin in my pc.. i wonder if we ever get hacked what can i do .. just come here and tell u about it ? or i could do something ?

ps. today i friend of fine was been hacked my turkish hakers and now he is a mess...
