Help with activating tool bar and other features

This is the top of my forum . Until recently ( within the last week ) there was several different types of fireworks on the right and left side top .
There was also a toolbar ? at the top .
I just tried to reactivate these options .
I don't seem to remember by what process to do this . The javascript codes for the fireworks are still there but not activating .
Can't find the correct tool bar .
Please remind me of these processes .

Not really feeling the ornaments . Just like the fireworks .

I have sent you a Reply on your other thread to do with your fireworks and other things.

Please Note i have tested All the other codes found here https://help.forumotion.com/t149040-christmas-decorations-for-your-forum#1062301 and None of the codes work any more sadly
This is down to the most browsers Blocking Flash items.
