What Happened to My Site /Address? or My Forum Has Been Moved or Hijacked

Dear support ;

My forum has been moved or hijacked please help to restore -

Since inception, my non-profit forum (still in progress) has been located at Goodearths.com
(my foundation address is/was : http//Jfoundation.goodearths.com )

For some reason it has been moved without my knowledge to :
http://jfoundation.board-directory.net/

Since I have trademarked my original address on my site/s, it is a bit inconvenient to change everything.

So, moving forward- How can we transfer my board back to it’s original location to avoid 'retyping' everything??? i have several sites in development, this one is specifically for academic related and other nonprofit information so it is confusing that this could occur that my whole site has been moved to a new address when Goodearths.com building site is still active/open- I don't have a problem upgrading to ppb3 if this was/is the issue, but I think members would be informed of any mandatory upgrade requirements before any such thing could occur. And I don't want to have to re-type a million pages. I know you are busy but as this is a free forum service I assume you can understand the charitable point behind the information exchange that will be going into this site as well as the other forums..

Unfortunately, since Forumotion doesn't own that domain anymore (that is the reason for the URL change) there is no way to actually retrieve it and give it back to you

The link ChanelW gave you is indeed the reason it was moved. Unfortunately it is not possible to get it back because we are doing away with that domain name on our service and so any forums on the goodearths.com domain have been moved to other addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Nothing happens, by changing the address the technicians make a total redirection 301 from your old url to the new one, so you will not have lost data, nor of SEO you should not notice any loss.

Are you asking if you can have database access so you can move your forum to some other host ?

If you are asking this then NO sadly we do not offer this to any one .

As for your forum well all data has been moved and is 100% safe no data was lost when the address was moved to the new one.

you can not migrate one forum in to another forum it has it's own data.
