"This site can´t be reached" error message

More and more members are reporting that they are not able to connect to my Forum anymore with the URL:
http://secretagenda.forumotion.com

I can connect to the site with my Desktop (with iexplorer, Chrome and opera), but not with my mobile device (Android, Chrome browser).

On the error page there is the following message:

This site can´t be reached
secretagenda.topdiscussion.com´s Server IP address could not be found.
- Go to http://topdiscussion.com/

- Search Google for secret Agenda top discussion

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Did your forum have a domain name?

Your site loads fine for me from mobile.




Are the members having the problem from the same area?

Yes, that´s the Point. For some yet unknown reason it works for some only on Desktop , for some only on mobile and for some it works on both. I cannot explain what could be the issue.

@freeforallmagic, try having your users clear their cache and cookies on their devices. On desktops they can do Shift + Control + Delete to bring up the Clear Cache window to clear that. Due note, that shortcut only works on all browsers EXCEPT Safari as Apple made their browser differently. As for mobile devices, have them clear the history or have them google search how to clear the cache and cookies.

I mean it could be a browser issue possibly, in which case doing what Jadster said may help. I have never seen an issue before when a site loads on one device and not another. Usually it's all or nothing, so that is definitelly a rather un usual issue.
