Hello
yesterday I order the premium virsion of the forum and I order domain.
when domain become working, my forum become not safe and everyone visit my forum he get this message

In the URL I see that it is HTTPS. Do you have an SSL Certificate set up with that domain or forum through Forumotion?

Did you install a SSL certificate before you added a domain name? If yes, turn off the SSL certificate and turn it back on again.

yes, l install a SLL before I added a domain name.
But l can't see any edit to turnoff the SSL

Hello did you buy the domain name with us or did you buy the doamin name outside of our host (like Godaddy or other sites ) if you got the domain name from us it will take time as it has to change files on your forum and all the links on your forum.

If you got your domain name from some other host then This can take longer as it needs to link up with the outside host first then our work is then done our end this can take upto 4 to 8 days.
