Description of problem

I had upgraded my forum last month. This month I noticed the money was taken out of my card twice within a week....please resolve!

Hello,

Do you have a monthly package with us? If so, you should contact paypal, as they handle transaction itself.

Also please don't post your email on a public forum. I have removed it for privacy and security reasons.

I will then send a report to our head office and they will report back to me with the finding's and tell me if you get a refund or not.

Hello @mysticalmoonchild

You subscribed to an advanced monthly package on July 12, 2018.

On July 12, 2018 you were deducted from the first monthly payment. The following month, on Aug 12, 2018 you were deducted from the renewal for the following month. However, no direct debit was made by PayPal on September 12, 2018. They did not do so until October 06, 2018, which is therefore the levy of the previous month not made.

Then, on October 12, 2018, they deducted the monthly payment for the month of October. This way you ended up with two samples in October, one on 06 and the other on 12. But the one of October 06 corresponds to the monthly payment of September 12 not deducted on time.

Hopefully it's clearer for you as well.
