SSL still not activated

I enabled SSL 7 days ago but SSL status still says Your "SSL certificate is being installed... " - Normally it takes 4 days but we are in 7th day and nothing happened. Please solve this issue asap. The URL is forums.freesbc.com

Is your forum link a domain name? If yes, did you add the SSL certificate after installing the domain name?

we have an advanced package and activated domain name and SSL. We did not add any SSL certificate to our forum. Tell me how we can do that from forum admin page?

we need to know did you add the domain name then add the SSL certificate or was it the other way around ?

The problem is now it's Christmas Holidays our head office is closed right now and we only have a basic staff here on the support team.

the best thing is to hold on until Wednesday or Thursday when out head office can help more.

It has been reported to our tech team and some one will get back to you as soon as they can.
