Description of problem

Dear Helpteam,

After the maintenance I noticed that every topic disappeared from the forum, and I cannot find access to the Admin panel either.
I have no idea what the problem could be, but neither me nor my two administrator partners can reach the Admin panel, and every member can see the same outlook that I made a print screen of, when they access the forum.
Could you please help me with this problem?

Hello!

Thank you for the link! We can access the admin panel through it, and we tried to look up the fawls in the codes if there is any that can be responsible for all the forumtopics disappearing, but we could not find anything. Sad

Is there any possibility that someone can help us with this issue too?

did you turn off the java to check if the issue is caused by them?

Do you mean in the browser I use, or is there a Java application in the adminpanel which can be turned off?
Also, if you meant the browser, then I think that cannot be the problem, because none of the forummembers (nor the guests) can see anything of the topics, and since I use Chrome, which does not use Java, I think the problem cannot be caused by Java.

Hi,
Thank you, I checked, Java is set to off bby default. I swiched it on, nothing happened, then swiched it off again, still nothing.
The problem is not caused by Java.

Have you added any CSS files to your forum or made any change to your templates ?

I ask this as you are the only one having this problem and i feel it could be something not working right on your forum.

Exactly it is happening on all pages. I just checked the calendar and memberlist.

We checked, no changes were made in the CSS files, nor in the templates.

After using the test account, I located the issue. I am sorry to tell you but the issue is in the forum's widgets. When you deactivated them, the forum looks normal.

It must be in one or more of your customized widgets.
