Copyrighted work used without permission

My apologies but I am not familiar with forumotion or hitskin and I don't know the right procedure here. I posted this over on a support forum. I am the owner of WOLFHOME.COM and I am trying to report a copyright violation. Is there a DMCA form I can use to enter this properly?

I've set up an account and tried to DM the forum admins but I get a message saying I can't do that until I make a post.

Here's the post. What's the right venue (DMCA would be nice) to say that someone has stolen artwork from wolfhome.com and is using it without permission.

I might be happy to have a wolfhome theme on here, but I have to protect the copyright.

I saw that page, but it's not on a forum, it's on the hitskin site... and when I enter the URL in that field it rejects it.

When I enter https://en.hitskin.com/users/spyro-scave or https://en.hitskin.com/search-a-skin/wolf-online/147038 I get this back:

Ok.  It is just the theme.  You need to do what it says in that tutorial you replied to.

I can't report a copyright violation if it's not a forum address.

So what your saying is you have seen your skin on hitskin HERE!! Do you have proof this is your skin?

If yes please link me to the site you own and show me the copyright then i can ask our head office to delete the skin from our servers.

http://wolfhome.com is the main site. These images are from poses and other artwork on the site.

Some of the other images are from wolf poses. Is that one enough or should I find those too?

This is from an old screen shot and you can see the same wolf pose with basically the same colors.

Remember that to claim for a copyright, you must prove that the work is yours and must be registered, in some company where you pay for that copyright and legally you can claim it, if not and if the images are by google anyone can use them.

I'm sorry but you do not need to pay to claim a copyright, even if paying is one of the best ways to proove one's ownership.

And finding images on a search engine does not mean they are free to use and without copyright

As already pointed out i got a reply back and the forum skin was deleted from our servers.

Please note that there may be a forum out there that uses this kin as the member uploaded it from their forum using the tools they have.

We have NO power over this and can not see / find the forum.

As the skin is now removed i will close this case.
