Attachments

My apologies if this is in the wrong place to post, I seem to be going aound in circles.

I have allow attachments on the general> messages&emails > attachments

I have changed the permissions on the forums, and on the members to be able to upload and downoad attachments, but I still cannot see any icon to be able to press to upload?.

I went to display > pic&colours > pics management, ?, its not that?.

Am I missing something here?.

Apologies for wasting anybodies time.
