In progress transfer credits

i have 2400 credit in my forum 
it doesn't buy any plan and i have no intentions to buy more
so i want to transfer these credits to a forum that can use them instead of staying with me 
can you please help me with transferring them and i'd be thankful

i did but they told me that they no longer transfer credits from forum to another and they did not say why.

Send me by PM a screenshot of the credit section of the AP of the forum you want to move the credits from and give the links to both forums.
