Can't access my forum

Hi
I created a forum some years ago and after the community wilted I stopped regularly checking in on it.
I recently found the link and attempted to sign in but I couldn't recall my password. I've seen that it's been filled with spam bots and I want to clean things up.
I attempted to do a password reset but got this message "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"
Tried to sign in using the Founders tool but I can't recall the password for it

If you have lost the password to login the founder's tools, please send the following information by private message to one of the Forumotion staff members indicated at the end of this guide:

The URL of your forum:
The email of foundation: (if you can't remember, give us a list of potential email addresses)
I also lost the password of the founder account on the forum: YES - NO

Please private message this information to one of the following: @APE @SLGray @Skouliki @Brandon_g
