My profile email is not my primary email

My profile email is not my primary email . When I try to edit in my correct email . It says it already belongs to another user . This may be an account I created a long time ago and do not remember my username .

Is there a way for you at support to find and delete that account for me ? It is the same email as my account email except it is gmail.com. instead of hotmail.com

The hotmail on my account is no longer going to be useable . It already does not redirect to my primary .
