Unable to attach images from different image hosting sources

Description of problem

Whenever trying to insert links of images that aren't from servimg they appear broken. I'm unsure as of why, I even tried with photobucket and allowing this in my settings but I'm unsure of as to why other image hosting sources cannot be inserted. I cannot even link them through the servimg image hosting option. It's a bit inconvenient to upload several images only 4 at a time through the servimg hosting image option.

Is there a fix for this? I was unable to find anything that assisted me.

According to your screenshot, i don't see the front end of the links? it should start with an http://or https:// . For example a servimg should start with https://servimg. com/view/xxxxxxx

As for servimg you can upload more images if you have the pro version

As Skouliki linked above, Photobucket requires you pay a subscription to show images on other sites outside of their own, so if you don't have one that could be one reason why it does not work.

Imgur is another free image host I use to host stuff for projects outside of Forumotion. Also make sure you are copying the direct link to the image and not just the 'page url'. It should end with something like .jpg .png, etc.

Also note that Tinypic also now has you pay for a subscription to use your images on other sites (They are hosted by Photobucket)

There is away you can host your images with our servimg All you need to do is put the URL of the image in here

Click Host it then you get the new URL to post on your forum.

Thank you, for the most part this addressed my issue. I noticed imgur is a very good resource to apply when inserting images and this fixed my issue with adding .jpg/.png at the end to a direct link of the image. Apologies on my delayed response, life kept me busy.
