Problem with posting a topic....

I have a member that is having a problem with being able to post. They sent me the following image showing what happens when they try to post (see spoiler below). The member that is having trouble posting is username "Joshi". Now, I haven't done anything to their account to affect their ability to post so I don't know what the problem is.

Sorry we can't see the link you sent as its a attachment on your forum and you need to be logged in on your forum to see it.

Okay, well, the member doesn't see text when they try to type out a post. It basically comes out as a little red squiggly line instead from the looks of the picture they sent me. Also, let me know if you guys need to use the test account I got on my forum (if that's of any help).

Well, apparently this member isn't having problems anymore because they just posted on my forum. I'm sorry to bother you guys and thank you for the help as always.
