Description of problem

Hello.
My name is Snakedoc,I made a new profile here because i forgot my account and pasword.
this is my site.

im the founder Snakedoc(Lord), and the founding email is mail removed by skouliki
My name on the forum says Admin ,not Snakedoc(Lord) anymore and i cant log in.
Also i tried forgot my pasword via google but it throws me to 2 steop verification and i dont have that phone or the number anymore,its been at least 10 years.Last time I was at the forum was like 6 years ago.
Can u please help me to get back to my forum somehow.
If u need any other data I will give it to u.
I dont know who else to ask for help

Can an admin please help me.
I need u to restart my forum,so i can log in and acces the admin board,since my user wont work
I dont know the password and my name says admin no Snakedoc(Lord),i cant get the pass back by google gmail cause i dont remember it .
Nor do I remember the phone i left..I have a new phone now.
There is a possibilty that my google mail is frozen or doesnt work.
Asi wrote above what mail I used there is a possibility i used another cause of the hack attemts I sufered then.
More in private,please help me.

it seems that your forum was not active for 5 years and someone else ask here for approval, ask the forum members for approval ,did all the necessary steps ...and then we gave him /her the access to be the admin

i can understand what you are saying but if a founder is not locked in for 6 months another member can ask for access as you read in that article

@Snakedoc(Lord)2 can you please send me the URL of your forum by PM only.

I will then look in to this for you but if what our staff member has already said is right then the forum has been gave to a member of your forum as you had been away from the forum for such a long time BUT if this member has not been online for a set time we can try and give you the forum back.

I need to see how active the forum is and when the new owner last logged in.

I can confirm that the founder information was changed since I was the one that made the ticket. It was changed on March 12, 2021, but it looks like the new founder did not login. The last founder's activity was in 2018.

I have sent a Email to my head office.

You Don't need to know that person if a forum is not used for ober 6 months a member of that forum can take it over you never used the forum for over 5 years it had was used for spam for way to long but i have asked our head office for help on this matter I will get back to you as soon as i get more info from them.

Please remember if a forum is not used our rules say we can give this forum to others who would take over the running of the forum.

A member of a forum can ask for a founder's transfer if the founder has not login for 6 months and 1 day.

it maybe ok for the old owner to take the forum back as the account was not logged in from the time of change over.
