Solved Credits - Purchased but not all showing yet

Hi, I purchased credits earlier today as our advanced package had expired. I first purchased 4000 credits but then realised that wasn't enough, so purchased an extra 1000 after.

The extra 1000 is showing in the admin panel but the other 4000 aren't showing yet - do they take a while to update?

Hello @Brooksy118 can I ask have you now got your credits ?

If no please PM me a link to your forum and some sort of proof you paid the money and how you paid.

IE, Paypal, Hipay, Skrill, Stripe

Total paid and credits missing.
this must be sent to me by PM only.
