Description of problem

Hello, I'm not sure how to reach the forum admins. My site usually has its own domain name and this is usually arranged by Forumotion. How do I get in touch with them to arrange this?

Note: this is not done through forum credits.

As you have been told you must have the forumotion package you paid to buy the  domain, active,if you let it expire then the domain does not direct to your forum, even if the domain is active, if you have to renew the package monthly, you should not forget to do it every month , so that your domain link with your forum.

I'm not a newbie and have been renewing my website for more than 10 years. I always do it by email/message with the admins here NOT through the forum credits.

I must have covid brain or something because now I can't find how it was done previously.

Hello as you may or may not know we don't just offer to give everyone a FREE domain name, You have been one of the lucky ones who got a free domain for a number of years.

Now as much as we would love to give you a Free domain every year sadly it don't work like that your forum must be busy at all times and have lots of members using it. Now looking at my tools your Activity Points is 330 this looks a little low now but what I will do is make a report to our head office pointing our team to this topic.

I can't promise you will get your free domain again this year as we are here to make money to keeping our service open.
Sadly times have changed and everyone is finding it hard all over the world.

You have just been lucky to get a free domain all them years.

I have a reply back from our head office, Sadly we can not offer you a Free domain right now BUT there is a chance of you getting this if you make up your Activity Points.


You now have 388 points and you need at least 500 points to qualify for the offer of a free domain name.
So I see you still have 11 days until your domain name runs out so here is some tips to get your numbers up.

1, Make more topic's.
2, Post more in older topic's.
3, Get more new members and have them post.   
4, Maybe open up a contest or poll's to get your members more involved.

Please remember the numbers must be at least 500 or more each year and even then you may not always get your free domain name.

just to let you know you still only have 381 points so your numbers have gone down not up.
