Can't access site

Description of problem

I’m sitting here scratching my head. I was messing around with my html and the last thing I did was miss the closed forward slash in the second part of the title </title> and ended up with <title>The title<title>. I’d already hit the save button but thought I’d go back to fix it later, but now find my whole site has disappeared. The site is there, but when I try to access it I just get a blank white screen. Have I messed up my site with that one html mistake?

Hello @johnv,

You have to login directly to your Administration panel at this link : https://johnvasiateacherblog.forumotion.com/admin

Then, once connected, go to your template, fix typo and publish your template again.
Normally this would solve your issue.

I can see your forum only with mobile version
With desktop version i get also a white page

Hi if you are the founder then you can use the following tools >> Forum Utilities to log-in to your forum.
This will take you to your Admin page where you can make the chnage to your HTML page you was messing with Wink
