I inserted the “theme picture” code under the description in the template, part of the code comes out, but the picture is displayed in some themes (not in all)

I also do not see any issues.

I believe he returned it to the point it works. I bet the moment he puts something that is a problem it will go back to what he complained about. As he said:

delete alt and loading from code ---- all normal

Meaning, when he removes alt attribute everything is okay. My guess is that right now he removed it.
