Memeber can not log into the forum

I posted it here as it would not allow me to post in the tech help section.

I have a long time member that can not sign in to my forum tonight, I asked her to press I forgot my password button. It tells her the email address does not match, even though it is the exact email on the forum. I asked her to reboot and try again. Failing that, how do I get her back on the forum without creating a new account?
