Multiple problems with my forum.......

My members have been telling me that sometimes when they click to do something (anything, reply to a topic, send a PM, make a new topic) a request to download something will pop up on their screen. Its recently happening to me also.

On top of that, when we click links or refresh the page/chatbox, the screen will just turn into a bunch of gibberish symbols and such. Whats happening? Please help!

i don't know can you provide screen shots of what it is asking you to download and what ever the gibberish symbols are?

seems odd to me. for one it should not be asking you to download anything.
as far as the symbols i don't know what they can be either?

so screen shots or your link will help.

there's the link to my forum. Its acting fine now, though we just got over a horrible lagfest. Thats another thing that happens often, the site lags alot and wont show our messages in the chatbox, and the connection gives out often and will tell us to refresh our page multiple times
