How to create a forum I could not open temporary because maintance?

I want to make maintenance on my forum but how do I open it and that can only moderator and me
help in my hope in your answer

Sorry moderator's can not enter the forum when it's under maintenance
To get your moderator's to enter your site when it's closed for maintenance you will need to make them admin aswell,
To put your site in maintenance mode you need to do the following

ACP >> General >> Forum Configuration >> Forum in construction : YES Then SAVE
To make your own maintenance page just click Customize
Make sure you save you're work when you're done.
