Solved Sub Forum just special User

I want Create Sub Forum in my Forum, but only member post until 100 post just can create new post...

How i can setting permission this?

Set up a group that allows automatic subscribe when members get 100 posts. Make sure that the forum's permissions only allow members of the new group.
