Photobucket spreading their stuff over forum

So I've asked Photobucket what is wrong with my site and this was the answer:

Hi there,

Photobucket.com is a free site, with the option to upgrade to Pro for added benefits. With a free account you have unlimited storage (you can upload as many photos as you want). But, you do not have unlimited bandwidth (how many times your linked/posted images and videos are viewed on other sites.) A free account is allowed 10 GB free every month.

Make sense? To get around this icon, you'd need to pay for a Pro subscription. Its only $2.99 a month. Or just wait until the 20th for the account to reset.

Are you the developer of this site? There is a link in the HTML Body section to a Photobucket account called lastfmbadges that is serving the background image. That is the account that would need to be upgraded to Pro for the image to return. Or you could code the site to have a background image from a different account, like the LilyGranger100 account.

I sort of understand I need to delete this HTML code. I don't know where though. Does forumotion know how to simply get rid of the annoying Photobucket pictures?

It is your background image.

Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management

Advanced Mode
General/Index tab
Background picture (page) :
Background picture (Row title) :
Background picture (Row category left) :
Background picture (Row category right) :

Yeah but theyre empty those slots you said. Background is empty…

Hello,

You have two options. One wait till the images return once the person who created them and host them pay for unlimited or go ahead and find a new skin and host your images on your host to prevent this.

Hey there! This is the support rep from Photobucket that emailed you.

I'm trying to help get the links enabled while you get this sorted out with the forom. I reset the links for the user lastfmbadges. I'm not sure how long it will stay, if the user has a lot of linked images, the account may run out of bandwidth again soon.

But, doing this has shown me that there are two accounts possibly that are linked on your forum. Enabling lastfmbadges' account seemed to have fixed the background, but not the .... not sure what its called, middle-ground Smile

I'm troubleshooting what account that is from. It might just be that the Look who's popular image is stored in my cache somewhere too.

We can work on this offline if you want to reply back to the Photobucket email you referenced above. Say "This response is for Roz, please assign this ticket to her." So that the ticket is assigned to me.

@Roz I think this MIGHT be solved since it dissappeared. Will it reappear?

It can reappear if the account that is linked to your forum's theme/skin goes over the bandwith limit.

SLG is correct. I've temporarily enabled the linking on the lastfmbadges account so that you have some time to figure out where the link and replace it. You'll need to work with the Forumotion Admin/Moderators to get this worked out. Looks like there are a bunch of areas where the link could be hiding:

Administration Panel > Display > Colors & Pictures > Pics Management

Background picture (page) :
Background picture (Row title) :
Background picture (Row category left) :
Background picture (Row category right) :

If these areas are blank, maybe you could send the Forumotion a screen shot of these areas?
