Need help deleting forum

Hello, I am not sure if this is the correct section to post in. I need a forum of mine to be removed. I am the owner of project-phalanx.com and I used to have a forum at this url http://project-phalanx.forumsmotions.com/ My friend has lost interest (who made the forum) and I have no way of contacting him to delete it, I can only access an administrator account. I need this deleted as it is confusing traffic coming to my site. My name is Eli, if you need any further information please contact me at eli@project-phalanx.com

AP-->General options-->Forum-->Forum deletion-->Write DELETE and click on delete button.

That "forumsmotion" website contains copyrighted material that I own. I need this taken down now I'm afraid. Please refer me to a phone number or somewhere I can receive support with this issue.

But since that doesn't work or will work since you have no way to contact the Founder.

The whole name and everything about it is copyrighted. Also the founder has in fact been absent for 6 months, as I haven't used this in a long time. I just need the thing removed, If you need me to provide any information verifying I am the owner or anything like that I can.
