How to set a topic title into a link?

So I'm trying to create a category with redirect links. I just don't know how to do it? Here's an example: http://www.tiddleycraft.com/forums/

So how would I make a redirection category like that?

You want a sub-forum to be a hyperlink, rather an actual sub-forum.

I was wondering how to do this also, so I can make a REGISTER button for guests!

So, go to Administration Panel => General => Forum => Categories and forums => Choose one category => => Category name :
