Unable to sent mass email

My admin panel keeps disallowing me to send mass emails.

Is the filter blocking me?

It's been like that all day today.

What exactly happens when you try to send a newsletter?

It won't let me. It says unable to send. try again later.

are you sure you doing it right?
If so what about now, i tried one on my test forum and it went right through.
Well went through to the few test accounts i have on there but worked all the same

It's very strange.

It works now, but all yesterday it didn't.
